How are the service's validity period and service charge calculated?
"Chinese Mainland & Macau 3-Day Pass (Data)" can be used during any 3 consecutive days within the 30-days validity period after activation. The service's validity period begins from the first use of "Chinese Mainland & Macau 3-Day Pass (Data)" .The service fee covers a usage period of 3 days ("Usage Period"), any usage of less than 3 days will still be charged as three full days. The Usage Period commences upon the first day of use until 23:59 (Hong Kong time) on that day, and will expire at 23:59 (Hong Kong time) on the 3rd day. After this period, the service fee will reset for another 3-day validity.

What can I do if I need more data entitlement?
We offer additional data top-up options, charged at $40 per GB.

Can I subscribe to more than one Chinese Mainland & Macau Data Pass service at the same time?

5G roaming service is only applicable to 5G service plan customers - using 5G roaming compatible mobile phone and iOS/Android version - in designated destinations and networks.
The Chinese Mainland & Macau 3-Day Pass will be charged to your account with MO+ immediately upon successful activation. The service must be used within 30 days after from the day of successful purchased or the service will expire upon the lapse of such 30-day period. A "day" count starts upon first use of travel data usage and the cut-off time is 23:59 (Hong Kong time) on the day of use. When the pass is effective, a confirmation message will be sent via SMS.
