- Applicable to port-in customers of designated 4.5G SIM monthly plans ($98/$118 monthly fee) with contract commitment in 24 months or above. Admin fee waiver is only applicable during contract period.
- The 1GB/2GB free Chinese Mainland-Macau shared data provided with $68/$78/$88 monthly plans will be charged with the original monthly plan fee at $40/$76 after the contract expires.
- The aforesaid maximum download speed may be affected and varied by the following factors: network setting and specification, network coverage and usage level, user's device and software, transmission technology and other relevant factors. Compatible mobile device is required.
- When monthly mobile data usage exceeds the fair data usage of the monthly plan, data service will continue, but the thereafter data access speed (upload and download) will be restricted to not more than 128 kbps (monthly fee at $68/$88)/2Mbps (monthly fee at $98) /42Mbps (monthly fee at $118).
- Customer is required to subscribe designated 4.5G 42M monthly plan subscription with contract commitment in 24 months and pay admin fee of $28 per month during contract period. $68/$78/$88 monthly fee is net monthly fee after deducting $40/$30/$20 monthly fee rebate (original monthly fee at $108). The admin fee is $28 monthly. Port-In customers can enjoy $18 waiver during the contract period and pay the balance of $10 fee per month. $98/$118 monthly fee is net monthly fee after deducting $30/$70 monthly fee rebate (original monthly fee at $128/$188). Port-In customers ($98/$118 monthly fee) enjoy admin fee waiver with contract period. Monthly fee rebate will be credited to customer's billing account by instalments during contract period. Monthly fee will be charged at the original plan fee (or at prevailing plan fee) after contract expired.

- Why choose eSIM?
As long as the customer's mobile device is eSIM-compatible, they can easily switch from a physical SIM to an eSIM to connect to the network. This allows for quick activation and setup, without the worry of losing or damaging a physical SIM card. While some devices may only have one physical SIM slot, eSIM-compatible devices typically support multiple eSIMs simultaneously, offering greater flexibility in usage. - How to apply eSIM?
Customers can visit Mo+ to apply for eSIM service. Upon successful application, a confirmation email containing the eSIM QR code will be sent. Customers can follow the instructions in the email to install and activate the eSIM. Please note: the QR code will expire after it is scanned and cannot be reused.
After successfully installing the eSIM, customers should reboot their device or toggle airplane mode on and off to reconnect to the mobile network. - Will converting physical SIM to eSIM affect my current service?
Converting to eSIM is considered a SIM card replacement. Customers can enjoy up to 3 times service fee waivers per year, thereafter $50 will apply to each request. Your mobile number and existing service will remain unchanged after the conversion. Once the eSIM is successfully installed, please reboot your device or toggle airplane mode on and off to reconnect to the mobile network. - How to transfer my eSIM to another device?
Once installed, an eSIM cannot be removed or directly transferred to another device—doing so will render the eSIM invalid. To transfer your eSIM to a new device, please Click here to apply for SIM replacement. Customers can enjoy up to 1 times service fee waivers per year, thereafter $50 will apply to each request. (Effective from 1 May 2026)
Upon successful activation of a new eSIM, the physical SIM or eSIM in your original device will become invalid. However, your account information — including account balance, purchased service packages, and rewards will remain unchanged.
The eSIM QR code included in the confirmation email will expire once downloaded and cannot be reused. Simply follow the instructions in the email to install and activate your eSIM.
Attention:
Your personal data needed to be the same as your donor network operator.
Double check the service porting date to avoid any suspension fee of previous donor network operator is caused. You need to upload the code of Prepaid SIM if you are port-in from prepaid SIM. Click here to contact MO+ “Here to Help” if you cannot receive SIM card.
